Signing up to our shidduch database is easy. We’ll guide you each step of the way and offer comprehensive support to answer any question or request you may have. We want you to get the highest level of service and assistance in each step of the process.

You can leave preliminary details via the form, or through a telephone call to our customer service, at: 0733-744-695

Fill out your info
At this stage, we’ll ask you to fill out general info about the shidduch searcher: age, educational institution/yeshiva/seminary, address, parents’ occupation, siblings, etc.
Likewise, you’ll be asked to briefly describe the medical condition that the shidduch searcher is dealing/has dealt with.
Additionally, we will ask you to send us all relevant and current medical documents regarding the illness/condition you’re dealing with.
Confidentiality is 100% guaranteed. Your medical details will not be divulged to anyone without us receiving your permission.

Introductory interview
Before you’re entered into our database, you’ll have a face-to-face interview with one of the organization’s shadchaniot, so we can personally get a sense as to the type of person you are and offer you relevant shidduch matches only. As per your choice, the interview can be either one-on-one or together with your parents.

You've gotten into our database
Once we’ve received your personal details and all the necessary medical information, and the shadchanit has personally gotten a sense of your personality type, you’ll be entered into our active shidduch database.
This state-of-the-art database is programmed to assist the organization’s shadchaniyot crosscheck data and suggest the most appropriate matches only. Needless to say, the information in the database is 100% secure and does not escape to any outside party, under any circumstances.

Get a shidduch match suggestion
When the shadchanit thinks of an appropriate shidduch, she first turns to the medical advisor, who examines the details and either approves or rejects the match, based on the health risk level, the intensity and type of practical implications, genetic aspects and more.
Once the medical advisor has given his approval, the shadchanit will contact you with the shidduch suggestion, but will not yet fully reveal the medical issue of the other party. As said before, we never just ‘throw a name in the air’. All suggestions are appropriate and well-suited, medically and according to your personality type.

General Inquiries
You’ll make your general inquiries, as you do with any other shidduch. You’ll get phone numbers of friends, neighbors, in-laws, teachers and rebbeim, through which you can receive a better picture of the match’s personality and character.
It is very important to make sure not to discuss medical matters with them. Sometimes these acquaintances have no idea that he/she has a medical condition, and it is not proper to reveal personal information needlessly.

Have a talk with the medical advisor
The suggested match sounds good to you? At this point, you’ll have a face-to-face meeting with the medical advisor, or optionally, you can do it by phone. He will patiently give you a comprehensive description of the medical suitability of the suggested match and will detail his/her medical condition and all its implications.
Of course, this medical information will be provided only after the suggested match gives his permission to do so.

Medical inquiries
If you approve continuing with this shidduch, you’ll receive all the medical information of the suggested shidduch. Nothing will be concealed and nothing will be covered up. We’ll put everything on the table, in a direct and straightforward manner.
We will stand by your side and offer assistance in any way you wish- a second medical opinion, deeper examinations, receiving advice from additional medical personalities, etc.

Shidduch dates
After mutual approval of both sides, you can move forward to going out on shidduch dates, communicating with the shidduch match via the shadchanit, just as is done in any other shidduch. The organization’s professional and experienced shadchaniyot will guide you with sensitivity and understanding throughout all stages of the shidduch.

כמו בכל שידוך רגיל, תחילה אנו בוחנים את ההתאמה הבסיסית מבחינת אופי וסגנון, התאמה של סגנון משפחות ודרישות כספיות.

אנחנו מבינים לחלוטין את הרגישות והחששות של בעלי הרקע הרפואי ולכן השימוש במידע נעשה בצורה הכי מקצועית. המידע לא מועבר לאף גורם חיצוני, מי שחשוף אליו אלו רק הגורמים המקצועיים בארגון שחתומים ומחוייבים לסודיות וחיסיון מידע.
גם כאשר אנו מציעים שידוך, כל אחד מהצדדים לא נחשף לפרטים של הצד השני אלא רק אחרי אישור מהצד הראשון ובהתאם להתקדמות השידוך.

Anyone who has or had an illness or physical medical condition of any kind- ranging from minor illnesses to life-endangering ones.
Additionally, shidduch searchers who do not have a medical condition but are willing to get set up with shidduchim of this type, are welcome to sign up.
Let us point out that at this point, we do not deal with mental illness or conditions, but rather physical illnesses only. In the future we plan to open an additional division dealing with these types of cases as well.
In our database are men and women who have had or who currently have cancer of various kinds, epilepsy, celiac, Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative Colitis, diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis, hearing impairments, CF, CP, visual impairment, fertility issues with various degrees of severity, physical handicaps and more.
We marry off people. Not illnesses.
Just like in any normal shidduch, we first focus on compatibility based on personality and character traits, compatibility of family types and monetarily.
After that, we compare and examine the medical aspect of both sides, to ensure that from a medical viewpoint, compatibility is reasonable and appropriate.
For this purpose, our medical advisor analyzes various criteria such as degree of severity, risk, chance of illness recurrence, fertility impact, effect on daily functioning, genetic risk and more.
Our cornerstone is confidentiality.
We fully understand the sensitive situation and reservations those with medical conditions have, and therefore our use of the information is in a professional manner only. The information is not passed on to any outside party; access to it is provided to the professional body of the organization only- required and contracted to secrecy and confidentiality of information.
Even after we offer a shidduch match, each side is not exposed to the details of the other side without permission of that other side- and according to the advancement of the shidduch.
Currently, sign-up to the shidduch database does not require payment.
Likewise, the shidduch guidance does not require payment for those who sign up.
If the shidduch ends up in an engagement, the shadchan payment is required, in accordance with the organization’s regulations.
Usually, shadchanim dealing with ‘regular’ shidduchim don’t want to get themselves into shidduchim with medical complications, and even those who do- don’t always know how to do so properly and wisely in these sensitive situations.
Additionally, they don’t have the equipment we have- to appraise the compatibility level from a medical standpoint, to give reliable information about the medical background and its implications, to match the risk level, to understand genetic compatibility problems, to ensure examinations and urgent second opinions- where the time factor is critical, and many other advantages we can offer, included in our professional and comprehensive shidduch guidance.
Our shidduch database has men and women from a variety of sectors within the Charedi community: Chassidic, Litvak, Yerushalmi, Sephardi, Temani and more.
When we offer a shidduch match, we make sure there is compatibility not only medically, but also compatibility as to personality, and type of family of the suggested match.
Our method of operating neutralizes any chances of concealed information, from the start. Each name enters the shidduch database only after the medical advisor has received all relevant medical documents and has reviewed the individual’s medical file in its entirety.
We believe in complete transparency, and that’s how we operate throughout the entire process. When we offer you a shidduch, you’ll receive all the necessary information from us. Everything is revealed and laid out on the table.
We will not perform medical investigations without the permission and commitment of both parties to full disclosure of the information. We guarantee reporting reliable information only- and therefore in cases like these we’ll suggest that both parties sign up to our organization and go through the regular registration process, in an accelerated manner.

Unfortunately, practical experience has revealed that this option doesn’t always prove to be successful, and many times only causes heartache and angry feelings- that you concealed information and tried to deceive the other party.
For this reason, even if your rav permits you to reveal the information at a later stage, we’ll recommend working according to our routine framework, in which the information is conveyed in a dependable and controlled manner, before the dates begin. This method has proved itself many times over to be a smarter, kinder and more effective move.
