General
Samchem Association (hereinafter: “the Association”) respects the privacy of its users and acts to safeguard and protect personal information, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, its regulations, and applicable Israeli law.

This Privacy Policy is intended to explain how information is collected during the use of the Association’s website and/or application (hereinafter collectively: “the System”), how such information is used, to whom it may be transferred, and what rights users have in relation to it.

Use of the System, including browsing, registration, form submission, or use of services, constitutes confirmation that you have read this Policy and agreed to its terms.

Information Collection
The System does not collect personally identifiable information unless it is voluntarily provided by the user, including, among others, in the following cases
Submission of online forms
Contacting the Association
Registration for services or a personal area
Making payments
Joining lists or activities

The information provided may include details such as name, email address, phone number, identification details, and payment information, depending on the nature of the service.

Registration and Data Storage
Some services require registration and the provision of personal information. Mandatory fields will be clearly marked, and failure to complete them will prevent completion of the relevant action.

Use of certain services may include the sending of system messages, emails, SMS messages, or notifications, for purposes of operation, verification, service provision, and updates.

In certain cases, particularly when using mobile devices, general location information may be collected in order to adapt services or provide relevant information.

Information is stored in secure databases maintained by the Association, in accordance with the purposes permitted by law.

Providing information is voluntary and not required by law, and the user confirms that the information is provided willingly and with consent.

The user declares that the information provided is correct, accurate, and up to date, and that it is provided on their own behalf or with lawful authorization.

For the purpose of providing services, information may be transferred to service providers acting on behalf of the Association, solely to the extent required.

The Association may transfer information to authorized authorities if required to do so by law or by a judicial order.

Use of Information
The Association uses the information for the following purposes
Provision and operation of services
Contacting and updating users
Improving user experience
Statistical analysis, surveys, and research
Handling inquiries, complaints, and requests

Technical Information and Automated Tools
The System uses technological tools to collect statistical and non-identifiable information, such as
Browser and device type
Usage times and actions within the System
General IP address
Anonymous browsing data

The Association may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar services, subject to the policies of those providers. The information collected is aggregated and does not enable personal identification.

Cookies
The System may use Cookies and/or Pixels for proper operation, improving user experience, saving preferences, and statistical analysis.

Users may block or delete Cookies at any time through their browser settings. Disabling Cookies may affect the availability of certain services.

Transfer of Information to Third Parties
The Association does not transfer personally identifiable information to third parties, except in the following cases
For the purpose of providing a service you requested
In accordance with a legal requirement or court order
To prevent serious harm
In the event of a legal dispute
Non-identifiable or aggregated statistical information

Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

This Privacy Policy constitutes the complete agreement between the user and the Association regarding privacy matters.

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts in Israel.

Rights to Access and Review Information
In accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, any person is entitled to review personal information relating to them held in the Association’s databases, and to request correction or update of such information if it is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
